Our Commitment to Customer Privacy Paskel Lawn Mowers will not make available customer information nor will we sell, distribute or provide that information to any outside firm or person. All customer information is for the sole use of Paskel Lawn Mowers for our billing and shipping records only. SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES and RETURNED GOODS Wrong Part Numbers, Shortage/Overage, etc. MUST be reported within 30 Days of shipment. Paskel Lawn Mowers is committed to YOU , our Customer, for your 100% Satisfaction. Should you need to make a return: 1. E-Mail us at customerservice@PaskelLawnMowers.com for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and number. 2. A RGA # is required for ALL returns and only those items listed and authorized on the RGA may be returned. ALL returns Must be reported within 30 Days and then received at our warehouse within 30 days of the RGA date. 3. There will be no restock fee charged on returns due to Paskel Lawn Mowers shipping errors, defective items or warranty claims. All other returns will be charged a restocking fee of 15 % and are to be returned at the customer's expence. Obsolete items can not be returned. Items being returned must be in salable condition. All returned items must be current Mow Products, Inc part numbers. LIMITATIONS OF SELLER'S LIABILITY Paskel Lawn Mowers shall not be liable hereunder for damages in excess of the purchase price of the item with respect to which damages are claimed, and in no event shall Paskel Lawn Mowers be liable for loss of profit or good will or for any other special, consequential or incindental damages. BACKORDERS We strive to ship every order complete and within 48 to 72 hours. However, items are occasionally temporarily out of stock. Backorders will be shipped at Paskel Lawn Mowers expense as soon as they are available. Backorders unable to be filled within 60 days will be automatically cancled and any moneys owed refunded We are not responsible for unseen delays for "special ordered" items, or production delays as they are beyond our control. We will, however, notify you if an item is on "backorder" as soon as we become aware of it, and give you the opportunity to cancel your order "Special Order" items are not returnable. (Decks, Baggers, Engines, Accessories, and factory ordered parts.) If we have sent you a part that is wrong, and you provided the part number, you are responsible for all return freight and any incurred expenses Parts Availability We carry THOUSANDS of parts in our inventory, and have many more available through our suppliers. No warehouse can carry all parts for all mowers though; Rare or odd parts may have to be ordered directly from the the OEM suppliers and will take additional time.
