Q: How long will it take to get parts?
A: Stocked items are shipped on Thursday. Non-stocking items usually take from seven to ten days to come in and will be shipped the Thursday after they arrive. Parts for older equipment or parts that go on backorder to the factory can take from two weeks to several months to come in.

Q: How are parts shipped?
A: Parts are shipped by UPS Ground, Priority or First Class mail. Orders usually arrive within five to seven days of the time they are shipped.

Q: Why Can't I Provide A P.O. Box As My Address?
A: UPS requires a full street address to deliver packages. They will not accept a P.O. Box as an address and your order will be returned to us.

Q: What is the age of my engine? How old is my engine? When was it made?
A: The Code number on the engine indicates the exact date it was manufactured. This system provides an easy way to determine the manufacture date of your engine. The following is an example of interpreting date Code 99011556:
The first two digits (99) denote the year of manufacture. In this case it is 1999. The next two digits (01) are the month of the year, which is January. The following two digits (15) are the day of the month. In this case the 15th. The final two digits designate the plant and assembly line. Therefore, this engine was produced on January 15, 1999.

Q: Why does my engine start and then shut down?
A: Some equipment manufacturers place a plastic packing plug between the gas cap and gas tank. In order for there to be proper venting, ensure that this plug is removed.

Q: Why will my engine run only with the choke applied?
A: Usually, this is due to a fuel restriction. Ensure the fuel is fresh and clean, and that the entire fuel system (gas cap, gas tank, fuel line, carburetor, etc.) is free of debris.
